Science

Paul Curran attended the University of Toronto, Canada for both his H.B.Sc (Honours Bachelor of  Science) and B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) He has been a qualified teacher for 10 years in the state and private sector both in the UK and abroad. He joined Wetherby Prep in September 2010. 

The Science Curriculum at Wetherby aims to cultivate an interest in Science to enable the boys to make informed judgements regarding current and future scientific issues. There is an emphasis on practical work to underpin the basic concepts and enable boys to explore new ideas.

All classes take place in one of two fully equipped Science laborataries.
