"Welcome to Sports at Wetherby Preparatory.

Boys have an hour PE session once a week on site.  In addition to this Years 4 and 5 will take part in weekly swimming sessions at Seymour Leisure Centre.

All boys will spend two afternoons a week at Regent's Park which is a five minute bus journey from the school. The boys will play football in the autumn, rugby in the spring term, and cricket in the summer.  The boys play numerous fixtures home and away, as well as participating in tournaments.  Although all boys, regardless of ability, get the opportunity to represent the school, our sports teams have experienced great success on the sports field since the school’s start in 2004.

Since September 2009, we have added rowing to the curriculum and Years 7 and 8 have the opportunity to patricipate in weekly mornming sessions at Putney Rowing Club.  We also play table tennis on site and have an ever increasing fencing club in the Pioneer Hall. "
